Eating the right foods is a good
thing. But sometimes the soil things are grown in, the
conditions and chemicals used to fertilize and protect from various
infestations can reduce
the health value of food, and even make it a simultaneous detriment
to your body. Since the
body is very complex, we base our judgments about what we should put
in our bodies on
how things have worked for other people, and changes we have noticed
in our own body
when consuming various things.
It is also good to note that research
helps us find good things to try. But more and more
research is telling us the same thing; that you just can't beat the
combinations found in nature
for bringing health to the body! It's as though...someone had a design
for it all! But, just imagine
it is not so, if you can. You too can spend countless hours trying
to improve nature.
Due to the financial interests of powerful
groups, we don't often get the best information
from TV. (Like, no-brainer eh? I mean, the people making
the commercials are obviously
very wealthy, and probably got that way by making the cheapest product
and selling it as
the best thing ever produced! DID YOU KNOW that many vitamins
in stores go right
through your body without the capsule even OPENING!!! )
Therefore, a person must begin
to discern what is best by some other means. Loud, obnoxious
people usually don't have you
best interest in mind. Health tip #1.
I recommend a vitamin supplement to
make sure your body has the nutrients it needs to
function. Very complex combinations of things need to be getting
to the cells in your body.
When your cells are healthy, your body can be healthy.
It's a lot like being the king of a nation.
If the people don't get fed, no matter how strong you are as a king,
you have a weak nation....
and it will rebel against you!
Make sure the vitamins you take are
HIGH ABSORPTION. Some manufacturers make
a conscientious effort to see that the products they are selling actually
do some good. If you
don't know for sure, don't hesitate to ask. I am using vitamins
from Melaleuca because they
carry a lot of other products that have opened up an opportunity for
me to help people who
are paying too much for products that do an inferior job. I am
unbiased however, and will
let you know about other vitamin brands that do a good job as I find
out about them. Neo-Life
is a great product from what I've seen, and it shouldn't be hard to
find a distributor in your area.
Mannatech is also very good
it appears.
Each reputable company has it's way
of insuring good absorption. Some claim that it is also
important to have the elements be naturally present, rather than just
the chemicals we perceive
as important to the body. If someone isn't eating solid food, I'm certain
this would be true. It
seems that vitamin and mineral supplements in combination with a good
diet CAN be very useful
in filling in for the elements that are being diminished from our crops.
At some point, each person
has to make a decision about how much they are going to spend to insure
that they are getting
what someone's possibly biased research claims is the "very best" in
regard to these factors.
Now let's talk about some other areas of your health
by topic:
Arthritis: This painful disease may be caused
by old injuries, allergies, gout, mineral deficiencies, hyperactive immune
response, toxicity, poor circulation, handling of cold goods and as a side
effect of drug use according to the Melaleuca Guide by Dr. Richard Brouse
and Julie Conrad. I would add that the disease is no doubt spurred
on by inactivity and high stress work around the affected area as well.
It is good to reduce white sugar and flour intake,
nicotine, caffeine, and alcohol and to avoid cold temperatures of course.
Pain-A-Trate is a great source of immediate relief. Melaleuca oil
by itself can also help, or they can be used together with a heating pad
or hot moist pack.
The permanent cure may vary depending on the type
of arthritis. But having a proper vitamin intake is a must to prevent
progression of the disease. Provex or Provex-Plus should also be
taken daily. Plenty of liquids help, and G'day Melaleuca tea is recommended.
Head Lice: Many treatments have been used for head
lice, including some very toxic ones. Research is now showing that the
pesticides used in these substances are attacking immune systems in humans.
(Warning labels tell you not to even administer the stuff without GLOVES!
C'MON! Why put it on someone's head!!?) The reason these chemicals are
unsafe? Because they work by attacking mechanisms in "pests" in a very
strategic way... a way which, unfortunately, can just as easily work in
various ways in human bodies to mutate things at the genetic level! Melaleuca
Oil offers the best solution I've seen to the head lice problem. The oil
is safe for topical use on humans. It is not a mutagen or any such thing.
Rather, it is a solvent which specializes in simply penetrating and dissolving
the inner workings of various nuisances like Lice. Click here
for a complete set of directions for applying the melaleuca treatment.
Joints: Healthy joints can be promoted by
*Properly stretching daily to insure that the ligaments
and muscles around them don't get damaged.
*Doing vigorous "low stress" work daily so that the
joint area has circulation without strain.
*Eating a proper diet that will include the vitamins
and minerals your body needs to be healthy
*Taking a Glucosamine supplement. Glucosamine-HCL
is superior to the Sulfate in concentration.
(Research has shown that
Glucosamine is the best substance for promoting joint healing.)
